SECTION 01
The 90-Day Guarantee
If hard bounces exceed the acceptable threshold of 10% within 90 days of compilation, our engineering team will provide a proportional replacement array at zero additional cost.
SECTION 02
Claim Protocol
To initiate a claim, you must transmit your ESP or SMTP log files demonstrating the failure rate. Claims must be filed via the support console.
SECTION 03
Exclusions
The guarantee covers hard bounces (invalid routing) only. It does not cover soft bounces, gray-listing, or blocks resulting from poor sender IP reputation or blacklisted domains.
